Application Procedure for Filling Online Application Form

for M. P. Ed course 2025-27

Statutory Caveat: The two (2) years regular B.P.Ed and MPEd course in SIPEW, Hastings House is a fully residential course and candidate has to face vigorous/hard physical training and conditioning throughout the two years. Therefore the candidate must be medically fit and have enough physical fitness for application in this course. The student has to discontinue the course any time if she will found physically unfit for the course due to any kind of injury or illness as a result of the participation in the practical classes. College authority will not bear any financial liability or other responsibilities for any kind of physical injuries or infirmities occur during the entire course period.

 

Important information to be followed before online form fill-up:

• No fees are required for the application to the MPEd Course at this college.

• Before you proceed to register yourself for filling Online Application you must ensure that you have read and understood the statutory caveat and admission eligibility criteria for M. P. Ed course to take the admission.

• You must have your own e-mail account for the registration. This e-mail account will be used throughout the course period for any communication regarding admission and Learning Management System (LMS) with you.

• You should have also a valid Mobile no and Whatsapp No for communication and transaction of information.

• Keep the soft copy of your Photograph and Signature, along with the B.P.Ed pass mark sheet, Madhyamik admit card/certificate (for age proof), Caste certificate  (if applicable) and Sports Achievement certificate (Only highest one) ready before applying the online form.

• The candidate is required to upload her photograph and signature in .jpeg /.jpg format of max size 20-50 KB. Photograph and signature should be clear and identifiable. All other certificates/documents should be in .jpeg /.jpg format of max size 50 -150 KB.

• All corresponding regarding Admission Procedure in M.P.Ed session 2025-27 will be made through the candidate’s registered Gmail & Official WhatsApp Group of the college. No correspondence will be made by any other means.

• Candidate who has appeared in the final semester Exam of the BPEd degree-2025 under any University but not yet received the results or final pass mark sheet can also apply for the M.P.Ed programme at this college.

• In such case, if she provisionally selected then she must submit her final pass mark sheet at the time of final physical verification of all documents after provisional admission. If any candidate will fail to submit the BPEd pass mark sheet during that time her candidature will be automatically terminated.

 

How to Apply MPEd through Online mode: 

 

• Click on Register New first for user registration.

• Check your email address for activation code to complete the registration process. If the activation code is not reach to your email, just follow the next line instruction ( try to login with your user name and password ).

• Login by your user name/email and password then click Online Application.

• Candidates are requested to submit the scan copy from original of all testimonials and documents during online form fill up.

• Check your information details carefully before final submission of your application form.

• The candidates are required to take a print out of Receipt copy and Application Form to retain the same for the record.

• Candidate must bring the print copy of the application form and xerox copy of all supporting documents to the college and submit it for verification before attending the entrance test on 15.09.25.  You have to show your original documents at the time of verification.

All the candidates are also instructed to bring recent two passport size colour photograph without fail.
